The staff cared about my stay and addressed any issues promptly. The manager was amazing and friendly, ready to help with anything. breakfast was plentiful with vegetarian choices, an egg station, and thai options. the comfortable bed allowed restful sleep. i would return. Any concerns were handled to ensure a nice stay.
Housekeeping was rigid with their schedule, cleaning the room after 4pm. This was the time i usually wanted to shower after a day out.

the location was great and the front of ao nang was only a ten minute walk. a nice thai restaurant was also right across the street. the hotel is in an amazing location! though the parking was expensive.

the pool was amazing! the pool area was neat and clean, and the resort had greenery. there was a free shuttle to ao nang beach and the night market. spa and massage services were also available in front of the resort.

I liked the hotel's swinging pool. It was a fun feature. breakfast was nice. It offered a decent start to the day! the staff was very kind and helpful. Palm, the tour guide, did a great job and was attentive.
The restaurant food was not great. I didn't enjoy the meals there! cleaning was in the afternoon between 4 and 7.30pm. It was a weird time, as that's when people are getting ready to go out. almost everything in the gym was broken and unusable. It was disappointing.

The hotel rooms are large and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The pool was beautiful and i spent a good amount of time there.
The breakfast was not great for a hotel of this supposed level. Eggs were cold and reheated , , made them hard. There was no coffee machine to make a cappuccino.

The staff was very accomodating. The pool access room was very enjoyable. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to Ao Nang beach and the night market, It was very useful for travel to various attractions.
The location is little inside from the main road.
